P&R Hopkins High Class Butchers supply wonderful free range and organic beef from both Wales and the rest of the United Kingdom. We select the cattle from specific farms and specialist suppliers, where they have been expertly reared and grass-fed then finished with small quantities of cereals such as Barley.
We have chosen Welsh Aged Beef as our flagship produce because of it's quality and we know it has a fantastic flavour and succulent taste. All our cuts of beef are dry-aged on the bone in temperature controlled rooms for anything between 28 and 65+ days. We also source and supply other top breeds like Black Angus, Sussex and Hereford.
